Synspec and Sustainability

The Synspec company has a long tradition in caring about the environment. In fact, the company has been founded by its owners because of concern for the planet’s atmosphere. From the start and in every step, the founders have mitigated the impact on the environment as much as possible in the product and company’s development.

Our company facilities have been designed and build more than 20 years ago at a very advanced eco-friendly level for that time. Solar cells cover our entire roof, thus supplying the majority of our electric energy-consumption. Building materials have been selected on minimum environmental impact and maximum durability. Total energy consumption has been minimized by preventing unnecessary energy losses from the building.

The surrounding gardens consist of a mixture of wild flowers for attracting insects and small animals, and is trimmed according to bio-friendly schemes.

The same kind of considerations are mirrored in the production of our instruments. Thanks to the selection of durable instrument components, not seldomly instrument service life’s of more than 15 years are encountered.

For the future, we are working on the recycling and refurbishing of old and returned instruments, which is also helpful in de current market with shortage and delivery difficulties of components and raw materials.

Anyway, the quality, performance and reliability of our handmade instruments will continue to be leading in the future!
